Cisco Unified Communications Engineer - Thames Valley, Oxfordshire,
Berkshire, South East
Role Objectives
To plan, implement and control customer installs and Unified
Communicationsprojects as lead engineer on customer site
Responsibilities and Skills
Assist the PM in planning larger projects and to plan smaller projects
and installations.
To assist in producing Project Documentation and Technical
Documentation e.g.
Project Requirements Document for large projects and to develop and
obtain signoff of scope of works for small projects and installs.
Solid experience using Cisco Call Manager, Unity, IPCC express, Voice
Gateways and preferably experienced in 3rd party apps such as Arc
Operator Console, and be knowledgeable with most common Cisco phones
and networking devices.
An experienced and proven CCVP level Unified Communications engineer
is required to install Cisco Call Manager 4.x and 5.x +
Excellent customer facing and communication skills with a proactive
and flexible attitude.
You should be conversant in Cisco suite of Unified
Communicationsproducts administration as well as the underlying
technology that drives it.
Subject Matter Expert for all Cisco Unified CommunicationsTelephony
Operations.
Must have good configuration knowledge of Cisco's LAN Switching
products.
