To change into Unicode to preeti

I want to change my Unicode file into Nepali Preeti file. Is it
possible?

Just got to mpp.org.np and download conversion tools. And yes, I think you
need Java RunTime Environment installed in your computer for this software
to work. You can convert preeti to unicode and also unicode to preeti.
