how to use unicode for webpage form input

hi

I am planning to develop a web application project that accepts user
inputs in nepali and converts it to another language. Since different
napali font have different ascii value, i have decided to use unicode
whose valu will be same. So will you please suggest me how to use this
unicode in my project so that user don't need to install unicode on
their computer. I have visited some websites that allows to write in
nepali.
