How to stop the EMF Store?

Hi. I'm experimenting with UNICASE. I have set up the both the client and server software on laptop that runs Windows 7. I'm looking for the 'correct' way to stop the server when I'm done using it. By correct I mean in such a way that there is no risk of data loss. So far, I've tried terminating the process via the task manager, and issuing the "stop 0" OSGi command (after starting with the -console option). Is there an easier way?
