[UNICASE] Maintenance Release

Dear UNICASE Users,
we will do a maintenance release for the version 0.4.1 on upcoming
wednesday. Please expect the server to be down starting from 12:00
till approximately 18:00, we will announce when it is up again.
This release will fix the following issues:

Meeting Document Export:
- Header in German, shall be english,
- Month of ActionItems are displayed -1 (e.g. 4 instead of 5)
- Agenda and Minutes are interchanged. Should be agenda if meeting in
the future and minutes if meeting is in the past
- Include first names in export
- FOP Writer shall be default

Various
- Use Cases have pre- and post condition fields
- Single reference widget has no tooltip
- Stand Alone client has no tooltips and CTRL+A
- Add Export XML functionality
