I've isntalled the latest EMF Server and got it running. I can connect
without problems from the EMF Client and can share project.

On the other hand, when I try to login with the latest Unicase client
(also updated to the latest in the same Eclipse), I get this:

Hi Roko,

Can you please specify which server (repository) you were trying to login from the latest Unicase Client (is it external 0.4.5?).

It would be also helpful if you can provide the information of your successful try of running EMFStore server (is it localhost) and the running client. i.e. to which server you successfully connected and logged in as which user (perhaps as super)?

Thanks!

Regards,
Yang

Hi Yang

Repository is 0.45
It is installed at my localhost 8080
Emfclient and unicase are both latest, installed from the update site yesterday
In both cases the certificate was the bundled one and I imported the public key to the client
Im both cases, user was super

End result: emfclient works, unicase drops that exception stack

Thanks for your help, great software btw

Hi Roko,

I hope I got you right. So I guess you were trying to connect to the localhost (run through the latest EMFStore) in your UNICASE Client 0.4.5. Right?

Well, the fact is, the unicase client 0.4.5 release is not built upon the latest version EMFStore. Such incompatibility can lead to the problem you are encountering.

Regards,
Yang
