For those students who were not here on Monday, the movie you need watch is called CRASH. The essay is due to me on WEDNESDAY APRIL 3rd. Stephanie wil be collecting them and bringing them to me at 5:45pm in room 903. 

Choose ONE of the following prompts and write a 2-3 page essay (12 font, double spaced, times new roman font) :

1) People say this movie is about Progress. How is this film about Progression and towards what does this film evidence its characters moving? Create an argument that answers this question and support it with with specific evidence.

2) This film evidences various racial and ethnic stereotypes, yet the movie plays with these stereotypes and twists them around to show that some may be true and false. Choose TWO stereotypes presented in the film and show how the movie evidences "twisting"
