Web apps

I have been looking at trying to find web apps that are quicken based for my parents because they are wanting to buy a chromebook and I told them they could do mint witch is a intuit program but they can't put quicken files in it at all. They would just have to start a setup. They don't like that Idea so I have trying to find some financial programs that can input quicken files into. If anyone can help that would be awesome. thanks
