Greetings University of New Hampshire Energy Club Leadership,

We realize that you may be extremely busy, but we wanted to reach out to you again as time is running short.

Our conference is coming up quickly and so is the deadline for poster panel submissions (due April 30th).

We would hate to see your school miss out on the opportunity to promote all of the innovative research that is being conducted by students to the large audience that will be attending EngEx on July 30th-31st.  This is a chance for your school to shine and we would love to help promote you.

We are looking for up to 20 poster abstracts (there is no minimum) from MBA, engineering and law students that involve solutions for our Energy, Water, Infrastructure and Environment challenges.

Registration is free for those selected to present their research.  We also have a program in place to assist with travel and lodging expenses.

Therefore, we respectfully ask if you could delegate someone from your group or a faculty member to participate in a brief conference call with us to discuss the details of a potential partnership.  We have several schools across the globe already on board and the availability is on a first come first serve basis.

We look forward to hearing from you.  Please provide us with a contact name, date and time that your school is available to discuss the partnership in further detail.

Best regards,

Kate Hagen

Subject: Invitation to Partner - EngEx 2010 Conference & Exhibition

Greetings University of New Hampshire Energy Club Leadership,

My name is Kate Hagen and I am the Marketing Manager at EngEx, Inc. (www.EngExpo.com).  We have a conference coming up on July 29th for three days that will unite thirty-nine distinct engineering fields to address Energy, Water, Transportation, & the Environment, in San Diego at the San Diego Convention Center.

I am pleased to inform you that your group is one of the few organizations invited to form an Academic Partnership with EngEx.  We have already formed Academic Partnerships with the Energy Crossroads Group, Stanford University, Berkeley Energy & Resource Collaborative(BERC), and 8 other top University Energy Clubs.

Attached you’ll find an invitation letter from the Founder of EngEx for your group to join us as an Academic Partner.

There is no cost to become our Academic Partner.  In fact, if the partnership is formed with your group, there is no cost for your members to attend our event -- we even have an affiliation program to help students pay for their travel and lodging expenses, and would be happy to discuss the program with you.

At EngEx we recognize the importance of collaboration.  Given the information presented in the attachment, I hope that you will consider this a valuable opportunity to promote your own agenda and support this ambitious event.

For additional information regarding our conference, please visit our conference website: EngExpo.com.  We also encourage students to join us on Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, YouTube, and to visit our Blog for further updates as content is continuously being developed.

If possible, we would like to arrange a conference call with you to discuss this potential partnership.  Please let us know of a time within the next week that would be good to speak with you.

We look forward to your response and working with you.

Best regards,

Kate Hagen
