Greetings University of New Hampshire Energy Club Leadership,
We realize that you may be extremely busy, but we wanted to reach out to you again as time is running short.
Our conference is coming up quickly and so is the deadline for poster panel submissions (due April 30th).
We would hate to see your school miss out on the opportunity to promote all of
the innovative research that is being conducted by students to the large
audience that will be attending EngEx on July 30th-31st.
This is a chance for your school to shine and we would love to help promote
you.
We are looking for up to 20 poster abstracts (there is no minimum) from MBA, engineering and law students that involve solutions for our Energy, Water, Infrastructure and Environment challenges.
Registration is free for those selected to present their research. We
also have a program in place to assist with travel and lodging expenses.
Therefore, we respectfully ask if you could delegate someone from your group or a faculty member to participate in a brief conference call with us to discuss the details of a potential partnership. We have several schools across the globe already on board and the availability is on a first come first serve basis.
We look forward to hearing from you. Please provide us with a contact name, date and time that your school is available to discuss the partnership in further detail.

My name is Kate Hagen and I am the Marketing Manager at EngEx, Inc. (www.EngExpo.com). We have a conference
coming up on July 29th for three days that will unite thirty-nine distinct
engineering fields to address Energy, Water, Transportation, & the
Environment, in San Diego at the San Diego Convention Center.
