How would I shuffle a set of integers? For example, you have set of hundred integers in ascending order: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ... 100. The goal is shuffle this set into a random order with all 100 integers present, every integer just once. Hopefully there's a macro somewhere!
Is NI requiring V.6.4 Reaktor users to pay to upgrade to 6.5? Not seeing anything on Native Access to indicate this. I ask bc I just downloaded V.2.2 of a sweet JP8K emulation off the User area and it errors that the .ens I'm trying to open was created with a newer version of Reaktor.
Hello. I know it's been about a year since Reaktor was last updated. However. this update has been nearly impossible to patch nodes together with on three separate computers. Does anyone have a fix for this? I have multiple paid ensembles that I can't currently use because they were made in 6.5. Thanks
Hi everyone, I've just got Molekular and I wonder if I can run it with no issue in Reaktor 6 Player (free version of Reaktor). I wonder whether I should also purchase Reaktor itself. Would I have any limitations running it in the player? Haven't tried it, yet. I still need to discover both of them. Thanks in advance.
hey guys, i remember back in old days on reaktor 5 player there was 3 built in instruments, one of them was NEWSCOOL i have installed reaktor 6 and i cannot find NEWSCOOL in NATIVE ACCESS please guide me to use NEWSCOOL
I am trying out native instruments and installed Komplete start. Opened up reaktor 6 and clicked on Play. I then get an error message saying I have no instruments installed. Can someone help with this please?
However, keep in mind than "clicking play" only works on few instruments (usually groove boxes of sound generators). All the rest (usually synthesizers) are played with a midi keyboard without need to click play.
Also, you can get thousands of free instruments at the Reaktor User Library. Still, many ot them will require the full version of Reaktor, but for sure you can find stuff for the Player too.
Reaktor player allows you to use Reaktor instruments but you don't get any with player, it just allows you to use any synths you buy without purchasing the full version. Synths that use Reaktor include Razor, Monark, Rounds, Form, Skanner XT, Reaktor Spark, Prism and Super 8.
True enough, although doesn't it come with Blocks Base, and a few synths/noisemakers (I wanna say Carbon 2, Space Drone, and maybe one other?) You can also get Mikroprism for free, which is an excellent little synth in spite of the limited interface.
Thank you for your replies, but @Big Gnome Where do i find Carbon 2, Space Drone etc doesn't show under player tab. Under the library tab I have found some synth/noisemakers but for the life of me I cannot find factory library.
The major problem here is that a few months ago then Native Instruments decided to change the content of the Komplete Start so that it as far as I know does not even come with Reaktor anymore. (though you might be able to download Reaktor player by itself also) Because N.I. 'neutered' Komplete Start then a lot of the discussions and descriptions here and elsewhere are no longer valid with respect to what you get for free. ! Now "Blocks Base is available as part of Blocks Prime." , please refer to the discussion over here ! The REAKTOR USER LIBRARY with free stuff is over here but some stuff might require a specific Reaktor version or a paid version (?)
Also , if you are interested in Reaktor then take a look at the three page discussion over here with a lot of links and interesting tips , since it is about "granular instruments" you may find it a bit 'off-topic' or too advanced with respect to your personal need , but just traverse the pages and pick up the wisdom and you will see the point with me linking to it !
If you want a full Reaktor 6 and a lot of nice stuff with it then buy Komplete 14 Standard or better that is the most economical way of getting a nice selection of N.I. apps and libraries ! If you don't have the money then wait for a sale where bundles has been seen sold at %50 discount !
@PoorFellow Yeah Reaktor 6 player still comes with Komplete Start, its just the Reaktor Factory Selection R2 library doesn't. Now need to try and uninstall all of this. Thank you all for your help!
