Now, three potential kingdoms are rising in power - the Humans, Foresters, and Darklings. Terrible wars will be fought as they seek to dominate the world of Equiada amidst five other minor races (Dragons, Elves, Nomads, Shades, and Trolls) whose colonies await to be conquered and used by the three Rising Kingdoms to further their ends.

Rising Kingdom is the prequel to the Fallen Kingdom tetralogy taking place before/during the founding of the Kingdom. It is the magnum opus of Captain Sparklez life and has been considered by worldly critics as the greatest Minecraft song ever concocted by man or woman. This adds extra context to the story of the Fallen Kingdom. It is a legendary epic on the levels of Shakespearean (whom Captain Sparklez hates because he believes he is better than Shakespeare) classics. Captain Sparklez created this song in a dream and woke up and wrote it on his desk and sent it to TryHardNinja and they created this masterpiece of music. This song is about kingdoms failing which is a common phenomeon in medieval times. It is a deep heartfelt tragic story.
The Monument is a building that allows viewing of the timeline of the kingdom your governor resides in. All kingdoms will have the same timeline and the whole timeline is visible as soon as the monument is built. Each event in the timeline allows for individual governors, alliances, or the entire kingdom to collect rewards in order for meeting the goal before the end of the event.
This chapter analyzes the rising worldwide opposition to the use of face surveillance technology by police, intelligence agencies, schools, and businesses. This resistance, the chapter notes, is much stronger in North America and Europe than in developing countries. To add evidence of this uneven influence, the chapter documents the growing influence of civil society opposition to facial recognition technology (FRT) in Europe, including within countries such as the United Kingdom and France, and within political institutions such as the European Parliament. As the chapter shows, anti-FRT opposition is also intensifying in some developing countries, such as Brazil and India. In addition, international human rights organizations, including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, are starting to campaign for FRT bans in developing states. Still, though, very few regulatory controls exist over the use of FRT for surveillance across most of Africa, the Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
