Experimental filmmaker, artist and musician JENNY GRAF BIBULAH and
living guitar legend MARCIA BASSETT [as Zaimph] will perform rare solo
sets for the first time ever in Ithaca! Rochester's own noise duo
STONE BABY will open.

You may know Jenny Graf from the performance art-meets-noise duo
Metalux [with frequent Tony Conrad collaborator, MV Carbon] or
homemade electronics/guitars songbird duo Harrius [with Chiara
Giovando]. Jenny is also an interdisciplinary artist who works with
digital media and improvisational techniques in projects that explore
age, identity and gender within an experimental documentary form.

Marcia Bassett is familiar to most with her groundbreaking work in
immense drone legends quartet Double Leopards, but she's made a
significant mark in a variety of other projects, including the
acclaimed duo Hototogisu [with Matthew Bower of Skullflower,
Sunroof!], GHQ [with Steve Gunn and Magik Marker's Pete Nolan], and
Zaika [with Charalambides' Tom Carter]. As a woman who nimbly dances
between abrasive harsh noise and hypnotic guitar drone, Marcia Bassett
is, in a word, riveting.

Stone Baby consists of Cory and Jen from Rochester, NY, will be
returning to Ithaca to round out this amazing bill. They have
releases on Carbon Records, Foxglove, Reverb Worship, House of
Alchemy, and many others.
