Autodesk Sketchbook Online Free No Download

Im trying to draw my own twitch emotes where they have to come in 112x112px, 56x56px and 28x28px. When I resize from 112 to 28px via the image size (pixel dimensions) it looks really bad. I did not standard have the pixels set to 300 instead of 100 in canvas and have now corrected that, but still, just downsizing in sketchbook gives way worse results than just a random image resizer online. Examples:

How come it looks so bad in sketchbook, am I doing something wrong? I've tried just dragging, using percentages, pixels, both messed around in canvas and image size and it just doesn't seem to want to downscale properly.

When exporting to other formats (png/jpg), it will lower the resolution to 72 DPI. You may need Photoshop to export tp .jpg but in a higher resolution . There are some online sites that can do this as well
