Status Update

Dear  All,

 

Just to let you know that the revised PIF has been forwarded by UNDP Manila to UNDP Bangkok as of the week of May 6 (don't know the exact date).

 

We are targetting the June GEF Council Meeting so here's hoping it makes teh deadline. Let's just wait for any update from Gara.

Dear Jean,

JD promised to give feedback by mid-next week.  By the way, PIFs can be approved by the GEF CEO at any time and not necessarily be during council meetings only. JD warned yet again that funds in the Trust Fund are very low and the GEF is likely to be very slow in approving new PIF submissions. FYI.
