Submission of GEF-PIF

Attached is a letter (with its supporting documents) signed by Dr. Antonio La Vina, Dean of the Ateneo School of Government on behalf  of the Proposal Team of ASoG, REECs and Haribon,  submitting the GEF-PIF for the expert review, finalization and endorsement by UNDP to the GEF.

 

We look forward to UNDP's assistance in fast-tracking submission of this priority project under GEF5-Philippines.

Hi Jean,

Sorry for replying only now.  I have been pre-occupied with equally urgent deadlines in the office.  Anyway, please see attached PIF with my comments especially on the indicators.  I only requested you to supply the outcome indicators, hence, I removed the output indicators. The outcome indicators should be measurable and quantifiable.  I made some suggestions and please let me know if they are okey with you.

FYI, here's the story behind the development of this project. 

In my capacity as CSO/Academe Representative to the GEF5 National Steering Committee (NSC),  I will request that the UNDP review of this project be tabled as an agenda item in the January NSC Meeting for the GEF5 Implementation Review.
