Undertow Micrometer instrumentation

Hi!

I'm Marcin and I'm the co-maintainer of the Micrometer project. I've filed an issue a couple of months ago about instrumenting Undertow using Micrometer https://issues.redhat.com/browse/UNDERTOW-2294 . We're willing to file a PR to do this if there's interest from the maintainers of the project.

So the question is how can we proceed on this topic?
