Streetlights

With articles like "City Will Replace Blinding LED Streetlights” and "Missing the Dark: Health Effects of Light Pollution” warning about the rush to LEDs and having experienced a couple of ill-considered (Town Hall A/C, Town Garage thermal saga) energy projects in Underhill, the Town would do well to stop work on streetlight replacement and consider the issue of outdoor lighting more fully.
