Here is an example of the kind of program that could work in Underhill. Waze is probably a better app, with real-time ridesharing (like hitchhiking) rather than Uber’s point-to-point taxi hailing. The difference matters. I suspect that Wazerider is derived from Avego/Carma, which was purely ridesharing, not taxi hailing.
