DRAFT MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Jerry Adams, Pete Bennett, Nicole Bourassa, and Peter Duval in attendance, the regular meeting was called to order at 6:34pm in the Town Hall Kitchen, with PB in the chair and PD recording minutes.

MOTION
JA MOVED, and NB SECONDED, to accept the minutes of 11 January 2017 as submitted. PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

NB said she is publicizing JETF events in Underhill with Front Porch Forum posts.
Bus Route 36, the Jeffersonville commuter bus was discussed, after a Mount Gazette article was circulated. Realtime ridesharing was discussed as an alternative. PD will do some research and report to the committee.

Streetlights

PB reported that the Town received a letter from GMP informing it that it had 30 days to opt-out of a changeover of streetlights to LEDs. Discussion ensued.

PD MOVED, NB SECONDED to recommend that the town wait for better lights before accepting to change streetlights, and authorize PB to point out good candidate lights for removal, and perhaps one addition at Park Street and River Road. PASSED UNANIMOUSLY
Fuel Prices

Discussion of fuel prices and fuel mix at McNeil.

JA described the project as unique, essentially a 10 or 20 year prepay agreement with Vermont Electric Co-op. It is the simplest deal available, but the “numbers aren’t great.”
