I always hear people saying stuff about how FL isn't just for trap beats or "I thought FL was best for making trap beats". I'm not hearing people gatekeeping and saying its only good for making trap beats but there seems to be a bit of history regarding why FL is seen as a DAW to produce hip-hop/trap. I am not saying it is or anything because I certainly am able to produce beyond strictly trap or hip-hop within the DAW but I am curious as to why FL studio is given that stigma and what features it has that separates it from Ableton or logic pro that gives it that title as a "trap only daw".

You are the only person using FL Studio, the plugin or whatever software you purchased. The best way to ensure this is to install FL Studio for your personal account (not 'All users'). So yes, multiple installations are OK, where you are the only user.

That is probably the biggest culprit with the dreaded one bar loop in recording.
When you have this option selected, the program will record only as long as the loop is designated for. By default, the pattern is 1 bar.

Thanks for your awesome reply. I did only set a maximum buffer size in prepareToPlay method. The run-time processing buffer size is smaller than maximum in FL Studio, and my convolution is processing some length of garbage data which is likely to be the noise-like sound source. I modified my code by synchronizing buffer size all the time and it works now. Problem solved!

Kellogg's introduced Froot Loops in 1963.[2] Originally, there were only red, orange and yellow loops; green, blue and purple loops were added during the 1990s, with blue being introduced last in 1996.

The loops all share the same fruit-blend flavor.[3][4] Different production methods are used in the UK, where the company misleadingly sold the idea that each individual loop color was a different flavor.[citation needed]

Toucan Sam has been the mascot of Froot Loops since its first appearance. Toucan Sam is a blue anthropomorphic toucan; the colors of his bill correspond to the three original Froot Loop colors.[5] He is portrayed as having an uncanny ability to smell Froot Loops from great distances and locates a concealed bowl of the cereal while intoning "Follow my nose! It always knows!"[6] or "Follow my nose! For the fruity taste that shows!"

In the middle of 2012, Kellogg's introduced Froot Loops to the UK market for a limited time with only the secondary colors (orange, green, and purple), as natural color substitutes for red, yellow, and blue could not be found. The recipe also differed from the US version. Kellogg's stated that "due to European legislation we have been unable to produce Froot Loops to the same specifications as the US product. The formulations are different, including sugar and salt levels and the UK version has been produced with natural food additives and flavorings which will account for the differences in appearance and taste between the two products." The UK Froot Loops are also larger in size compared with their American counterparts, and due to the different method of formulation, are a much coarser cereal. In September 2015, Kellogg's removed Froot Loops from the UK market due to a lack of demand for the cereal, although in 2017, a special Unicorn Froot Loops limited edition was released in the UK.[10] As of 2019, special limited edition Unicorn Froot Loops, Mermaid Froot Loops, and Baby Shark Froot Loops cereals have been made available.

Then you have Red 40, and a host of other artificial colours. BHT, or Butylated hydroxytoluene is a petroleum-based antioxidant used for freshness, but once again, the UK version manages to mysteriously not need it. It is possible that the natural colours (such as the carotene in the orange loops) are doing double duty, as they have strong antioxidant properties themselves.

Just bought 5 Cartons as I miss my froot loops (i only ever lived in NY for 3 years but got hooked on them) I happen to have one small individual american version in the pantry which I smuggled of the last cruise ship I was on and can tell you that SADLY the British version tastes absolutely vile. It not only looks different (probably less food colors) but it tastes not fruity and also rather salty. In this case i say give me the American version anytime!

on taste the US fruit loops wins hands down, UK ones are to crunchy seem to have very little taste at all. I got back from Florida a few weeks ago and bought some back with me and when i seen Tesco selling them i bought a few boxes and they are nothing a like in appearance taste or texture.

However, according to the USDA approximately 93% of corn acreage in the USA was genetically modified. This is the type of corn used by food processors to make things like corn flour (found in your froot loops).

Ever since taking LO off the bottle about a month ago, he seems like he doesnt get much to eat and is always crying because he is hungry. I don't think he is necessarily crying for the bottle itself but because he is hungry since he is used to drinking way more ounces of milk to compensate for what he is eating now. Right now he wakes up and I offer breakfast things like eggs, toast, muffins, the usual. He won't touch it. He will eat a few fruit loops and then I offer him the sippy which he drinks from just fine. He will drink a halfway decent amount from his sippy then throw it. Then for lunch, I am lucky if he will eat some crackers or cheese puff type things (the baby kind). I've offered any and everything time and time again. Again, few sips of milk from a sippy at this time. Then all through the day he is just crying and crying like he is hungry yet he won't eat anything!! He will eat fruit loops and chocolate pudding until his heart is content though but i feel like I can't just let him live off that 3 times a day. Last night I tried mashed potatos and he refused, then also some bits of meatloaf, again refused. So, I gave in and gave him some fruit loops and he ate them with a few sips from sippy then went to bed. Still will wake up crying (prob because he is hungry and he never did this before), and same thing in the mornings he wakes up extra early starving now. When he was getting a full belly with his bottle before he would sleep nearly 12-13 hours no problem and at least until 7am.

Great minds think alike!! I was just wondering if i could use the cereal milk from my favourite cereal fruit loops in place of the milk in a pound cake recipe so I decided to google cereal milk cake and your recipe shows up!! So awesome

Don't know why , but it works only for the 0 index of the array , for example , for 'tomato' it returns vegetable , but if I try it for the other vegetables , it returns unknown. If I remove that last statement

First of all return vegetable is the reason why it's only working for index 0. Because after first loop it returns a value and function ends. Instead initialize outputArray at start and set values to that array outputArray[i] = 'veg' and at the end return outputArray
Next thing is don't nest too much loops within each other. Instead use check for veg or fruit separately inside large for loop:
for() ... for() ...
Sorry couldn't complete codes cause I'm writing from my phone

However, it is in thePattern Editorwhere Renoise still not exploited enough.WhyPhrasesEditor has a beautifulVirtualPiano, and thePattern Editor does not?Whythe Virtual Pianonot write with the mouse? (also a work tool, not only visual)

"There are certain things I want to do that I can't do on Fruity Loops," Lex Luger explained. "That's good in a way because I can make 10 beats in a day, but it's like those 10 beats can only go but so far."

Even though I hate fruity loops, I found out that with the FL Studio ASIO you can have sound in all applications on your computer. You can just install the FL Studio Demo, and then uninstall it, without uninstalling the ASIO. Now that ASIO Driver is not the highest quality you can get, and for recording, I would always use the Generic Lower Latency ASIO Driver. But yeah, you can give it a try if you wanna watch like a YouTube sound design tutorial and follow the steps at the same time.

Both include an array of instruments and effects, but FL Studio definitely wins in the quantity game. Harmor, for example, is an insanely powerful synth that has years of development behind it. Ableton Live, with instruments like Drift, is only just starting to catch up.

There are also so many damn effects in FL Studio, and it breaks them down nicely into categories when you go to load them in.

Froot Loops Bloopers was a short episode exclusive to Angry Birds Space, Angry Birds Space HD, Angry Birds Space Free and Angry Birds Space HD Free that consists only 5 levels from which came along with Brass Hogs, made to advertise the Froot Loops Bloopers cereal, which is similar to Oops! All Berries. It introduced hard spoons, cereal asteroids and bowls, and Toucan Sam exclusively replaced Space Eagle.

Simple, easy to operate, and capable of anything from stomach-churning sub-bass to wild SFX, soaring leads and thumping percussion. Sylenth is a synth that you could legitimately produce an entire album on. As such, it ticks a lot of boxes for FL Studio users: Simple interface, one-page design, excellent value for money and huge range. If you only buy one VST instrument for FL Studio, it should probably be Sylenth.
