Dear Dr  Ramlal,
   This is a very good idea of calling pain physicians from all around the country.
  This is more or less like a teaching work shop. But we need to work all financial aspects of it. Dr Baheti has got lot of experience of arranging such type of workshops. We may take his help. He is very close friend of mine.
 But my idea is not to earn money out of it or to make it a bussiness like others. We may charge the delegates to meet our expenses and marginal remuneration for our time and energy. My idea is to make it very popular so that we can arrange it every year.
 
            I will let you know about my absence in India.

  I feel we should arrange a free check up and concessional charges for selective radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal root  1,2 or 3 for the people of Gujarat at palanpur. We can treat 5 to 10 cases by RF method in a single day.
  Similar camp can be arranged at Mumbai at Dahisar.
