Dependencies are used in the LinProp module of METAS UncLib. 

A Dependency is a class with two properties: 
  1. pointer to input quantity
  2. sensitivity to input quantity (double)
And LinProp is a class with two properties:
  1. value (double)
  2. array of Dependecy
