MATLAB R2018a and METAS UncLib V2.0 throws an exception when using unc_budget method.
See the following code:
a = LinProp(3, 0.3, 'a')
b = LinProp(4, 0.4, 'b')
c = sqrt(a.*a + b.*b)
unc_budget(c)
--> Message: External component has thrown an exception. Source: dotnetcli

Hi,
this is a bug of MATLAB R2018a (it was working with R2017a).
You must install
MATLAB R2018a Update 3
then it will work again.
See

Regards
Michael
