Information from Meeting

Hey,

Thank you to everyone who came to the meeting yesterday. For those of you who couldn't make it I have attached the power point slides and the key messages are listed below:

1. Dues for the year are $60. You can pay them by going to carolinacycling.org (Click the '2013-2014 Dues Payment' link under the Join tab and fill out the form, you will then be directed to paypal.)

2. If you have not done so already go to Facebook and (1) request to be part of the 'UNC Cycling' group (this is different than the public UNC Cycling Club) - we post information about group rides and meeting info AND (2) 'like' the UNC Cycling Club page if you haven't already

4. There will be an easy paced Meet & Greet ride on Sunday (September 1st) leaving the old well at Noon. We will ride a 15 mile loop stopping half way at Maple View farm for ice cream. Everyone is welcome. Come out and meet your fellow teammates.

5. I also just wanted to emphasize that you do not have to be a racer to join the club. There are many members who do not have the time/interest to race and enjoy the camaraderie of group rides/charity rides.
