Saturday's Potluck Lunch

Hey everyone,
Just reminding you all that this Saturday is our Potluck Lunch with the
rest of the a cappella club. We will be meeting at Under the Couch at
1pm. Each of the other groups is going to do something similar to the
following:
o Entrees (3-4 people from each group)
o Drinks (3 people from each group)
o Utensils (2 people from each group - have one buy enough plates and
napkins for your group, the other buy cups and plastic silver or some
similar arrangement)
o Deserts (3-4 people from each group)

So I'm delegating the work in the following way:
Entrees: Jon, Dizzle, Justin
Drinks: Ryan, Kyle
Utensils: Joel, Tyler
Deserts: Hannoush, Stephen, Danny

Plan to bring enough to accommodate 8-10 people. Coordinate with your
respective groups about what to get and such. If you're not going to be
able to make it this Saturday, send an email out the list+justin.

We will probably be singing two or three songs, so we'll see how many of
us are there and then we'll all decide together which ones we want to do.

Hey guys. I dont know if I'll make it or not. I'm supposed to do a lot of stuff
with my family this weekend. I know this has been planned for a while now, but I
planned this stuff with my fam forgetting that we had the potluck this Saturday.
I'll let yall know by Friday, but dont count on me being there. Sorry.

I thought I already told everyone this, but most likely I will not be there
this weekend. There is a chance that this weekend retreat thing will fall
through and I will be able to come and fellowship and sing. I will try to let
you guys know for sure either later today or tommorow.

Hey guys. I just got final confirmation that I will be out of town all
weekend. I probably will not be back in time for rehersal either.

A note about our gig on Nov 18th. The pastor is going to write one donation
check from the pastor's discresionary fund. He wants to know what to make it
out to. He said he trusts us and will make it out to a person if he needs to -
but I think it would be much better (at least in the future) to have an account
set up for the group. Has anyone looked into this in detail yet? I think I
remember hearing someone talking about it at one point. I volunteer to set
something up or at least find out what needs to be done. But I dont want to
spend the time if someone else already has.
