Hello everyone,

I have attended several barcamps in Ottawa and Toronto, and hosted two
DemoCamp events - one in Lexington, Kentucky and another in
Cincinnati, Ohio. I am hosting a new camp in Ottawa, Canada in a
couple of weeks called "CommunityCamp" (http://barcamp.org/
CommunityCampOttawa) which is getting a lot of local interest. The
idea is to bring together local community activists and tech
enthusiasts.

I would be interested in including and being involved in the book.

How can I help?

Hi Scott,

Great to see your interest.

One way where your help can be very useful is for the chapter "How to set up an unconference and get it running'  or in other words ' How to organize an unconference' .  This is the 3rd chapter of the book.

Since you are helping organize one, you can come in very handy in helping write this chapter. Right now, we are a small three member team brainstorming and sculpting this chapter.

Would you be willing to join in?

Scott,

Me now in Winnipeg, Canada. I am involved in translating
"Unconference" book in my native language (tamil). I was there in
Ottawa couple of weeks back. If i had known the barcamp before, i
could have coupled barcamp with my trip. No worries. Will try for some
thing next time.

Stay in touch.

Good day
Prabhu.
