Guys,

I would like to introduce to you Nandhu Sundaram. Nandhu is a senior journalist with the Deccan Chronicle ( One of Chennai's leading dailies) and has volunteered to take on the role of 'Sub-editor'.

Nandhu will be advising all of us with our respective chapters, and will also conduct the first complete proofreading of the book. Coming with over 8 years of experience in the field of journalism, and a vast array if interests including blogging, films and politics, I really think we would be hard pressed to find someone better qualified for the job.

You could read more of him on http://phoenixflicks.blogspot.com/.

Let us all give a big Unconference style welcome to Nandhu Sundaram.

Cheers,

Sudhir

Welcome on-board Nandhu. Great to see you here.

Just read your blog that you turned just 30 a couple of weeks ago. Anyways, BELATED BIRTH DAY WISHES (in a pure & true unconference style). Guys, pls join me in cheering up our new buddy out here!!!

Also, off-topic, I read that you were looking for a gal to marry soon. So so so, any gal out here (or ur frds elsewhere) who fits in this criteria? Plz go ahead to buy this hot-cake rite away

Either way, guess u're happy with the warm "unconference" style welcome to the project. So, our biz now. what are your goals with this project dude?

Cheerzzz

I want to make this book as clear as possible to its reader. As error free as possible. Often excellent books make minor errors which tarnish our impression of them. I would like to ensure that doesn't happen.

For myself, I want the satisfaction of editing carefully a book.

PS: I am not looking for a gal. I merely mentioned that I had wanted to marry before 30.

Thanks Sudhir for the generous welcome. I look forward to working with you and the authors of the book.

Please don't hesitate to email me, if any of you receiving this group mail need any sort of help. I  have volunteered for the job out of my own interest in contributing towards a book. Some authors may worry about my interference as a sub. I assure you that I would do my out most to avoid any such skirmishes.

Hi, Nandhu, I ‘do the wave’ for you.  Do you folks do that in your part of the world? Like in a stadium where one whole group of people stands up, puts their arms up in the air and says WHOO and then sits down as the next folks, the next and next do this, sending it around the whole arena to simulate a whooping wave?

Okay so here i am in my home-office in California doing the wave for you.  Welcome.

And for all you other folks, too...

WHOOOOO

Lisa

Yes – everyone come visit me at my website ! (it’s sort of like a visit, anyway – I will put on the tea for you...)

Here as Sudhir mentioned is a slide show – if you open up the photos it explains the event the photo is documenting.

If you go here you see lots of stuff to read / share with others about Open Space -

Enjoy enjoy...

(geez why isn’t it called the Indian wave???)
