Sub Chapter Update

Guys,

Except for chapter 3, I think we have made progress on every chapter. Kiruba - could you please look at filling up the sub-chapters on your chapter page.

I think further to this, each captain can invite writers and start making headway with their individual chapters.

Apologies for the delay. 

I got snowed in with a family function and now I have a travel plan starring at me.  I will get to getting the subchapter and also the team members for Chapter 3 by coming tuesday.
