I note that this page could perhaps use some updating to reflect what the overview of chapters is for the book – otherwise it looks like this list is the current thinking, no? And people will be adding to it not knowing there is a conversation now about chapters captained by various specific folks, no?
Deb Hartman (one of the people I mentioned that I have invited into the conversation) has placed herself as an author and has added a link on the above-mentioned page to an article she wrote.
I do not know if she has yet joined the google discussion group.
You may also be hearing from Michael Herman (to my knowledge the first facilitator to introduce Open Space to the tech world in – if memory serves – 2004), Ted Ernst and perhaps Chris Corrigan.
I am letting you know this in case I am away from my desk and you are working on those parts of the book involving history and also Open Space...
Cheers,
Lisa

The wiki gives the impression of being open to everyone's
participation... at very least, we could indicate the new TOC on the
wiki and include links to the various google groups... though I'd
prefer that the workspace be the wiki itself.

Hi folks – I am finding that several of my googlegroups messages are coming out in duplicates, some are being delayed and coming into the conversation a bit later than I expect them to. Thanks for your patience.
My question is, for example, Prad – you have a separate page here. We can just take the Table of Contents and create pages off of that, no? with fused titles (like UnconferencesThatReallyKickedAss ) on the Table of Contents page, doing that will *create* a next page off that title to work on. That way it will be intuitive to readers where to find pages of writing connected to the chapter headings.
No? Perhaps you all know something I am missing here...

Yes, Prad, I do see your chapter is in accordance with the TOC – I just (and maybe it’s my lack of knowledge with this particular wiki) don’t know how folks find your chapter page when they look at the wiki. So for example, I just created a page for Chapter 5 on the actual TOC page, so that when you go to the TOC page that’s the ‘portal’ for the writing for each chapter as well.
Or am I going about this wrong? Thanks for your thoughts.
Also – is there a way I can get a feed from my chapter (is it called...RSS???) Can I get a message telling me when someone has written something on my chapter’s page? Thanks for educating me, folks, about how to do this...

We could individually move our ideas to the appropriate chapters,
removing them from the brainstorming as we do so...
Just an idea.

Thanks Kausikram – I don’t really know how to do this and can’t figure it out but all is well as I will just keep visiting the pages when I can....
