The attached article is important in that it prescribes the making of the opioid epidemic in the USA.
But it is also a brilliant example to show how simple and effective indoctrination can be. Note that other campaigns of propaganda are often more intense, focused, funded, and utilizes a multitude of different megaphones at once. A good current example is the pushing of Russophobia..
