Range questions (76-77)

   6.   Regarding questions 76 - 77: The questions ask about how many, so how
      many links would be qualified with yes?  In the instruction it refers
      to a google search to find out how many links that link to government
      website which I don't really understand, could you please explain it
      to me?
   There seems to be an error in these 2 questions. 

We have already discussed in our meeting, pls mark "YES" if you find any, and provide detailed notes.

According to the meeting we had after the first phase, we all had similar problem with the question about "How many". There will probably be clarification coming soon.
