departments, and they have archived information in their own departments'
websites, shall we count it as "Yes"?

2. II-1 to II-7, does the official homepage refer to the official
government site or can we also refer to different official department
websites?
Yes


3. in question II-9 to II-15, if the official government site does not have
RSS, but the official department websites have, shall we count it as "Yes"?
does the "official homepage" only refer to the official government site?
Yes; we will include department/ministry websites if these are linked from
the official government website.



4. Is the Youtube link viewed as an "Yes" to question II-24, if there is
only one youtube link.
