As agreed upon in our last meeting and considering your emails about your schedule, we are going to stick to the initial time, which is April 10, Wednesday, at 11:00 a.m. You could either come the conference room physically or use your computer to participate in the discussion. We are going to use this google group, please kindly make sure that you have access to it in advance.

Hey Jeo,

I do remember the site visit and had talked to Deniz about this. However, it appears that some of our team members cound only make it at the time we agreed upon last time. 

We would try to finish the site visit quickly and come back to attend while Deniz will start the meeting with other people first.

Hopefully we could make it.

If anyone has other proposal, please reply to the group.
