Connect with the first password (for example : invite)

After you must add the admin password on interface mumble.
You must close mumble and you can connect on mumble. You are admin.

could you tell me what the syntax for adding new Access Tokens is?
I have set the admin_password in the config file, however I do not get the
message "User provided admin password ..."
Is there something special I have to do, to assign a user as admin? Or do I
just have to log in with that user to the server and then set the Access
Token?
