We could never have been so fortunate as we have been this season – we have been helped by the inconsistency of Chelsea and Man U, and to some extent our own tenacity.

If we regard every game as a cup final, we WILL win the title.

Sad you havent done so well in cup finals so if you go by that you WILL lose another thing the big teams are not dropping points against the big boys its the small ones one needs to worry about. We have a garage against Liver and Chelsea BUT we really should be worried about Wolves etc...and one thing has to be said you HAVENT been lucky at all its just that the EPL has improved so much over the years its no longer 'business as usual'

I believe concentration and commitment will be key in this last phase of the campaign.

One of the reasons why the smaller teams have been giving grief to the bigger boys is the fatigue the big boys have had after massive games. Therefore, if you are dealing with your average Saturday afternoon game, the chances are that you can weather the storm to the end of the season.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said his side have to "forget the title race" after their 2-1 defeat by north London rivals Tottenham.

The Gunners are now six points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea with four games to play.

"We must forget the title race and try to finish as high as we can," he said. "It's unlikely but you never know.

"It shows that we're not mature enough because you can't afford to lose these games if you want to win the league."

Van Perse has began talks with Manu on a possible summer move as Fergie finally loses patience with Bervatov

Ali,

I would not blame RVP (Robin van Persie) if he has began talks with your guys – any player would lose patience with a manager and a board that are too casual in terms of the players they get for the club, and are too tight-fisted with funds to the extent that they will not spend on quality players. I hope the facts will now leave Wenger with no option but to reverse his catastrophic philosophy of buying cheap.

Chiti,

Its four games to go but I think your trophy cabinet will only house the Arsenal scarf once more this season. I wish I could gloat but all one can do is think how could a man let such a great team die? Yes he might have to buy a few power houses to beef his squad otherwise with the likes of Spurs, City and Liverpool knocking on the door, next seasons complexion will be even more disguised as in who takes third and even bridesmaid spot.

We one the other hand have been handed a lifeline and unless Ronnie smokes what he smoked over the weekend we might just race past Chelsea when they falter against Liverpool. But with Torres out once again...the Blues are better off worrying about Stoke City.

I would love for RVP to cross over and with him running alongside Valencia we might cause a few blushes and would allow Ronnie a little more space to get behind the back two/four.

Tough.

Ali
