About the Author Jonathan Pittaway BCom, MBA, CA was born in Toronto in 1960 and educated at Clifton and Michaelhouse schools in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa before attending the universities of Natal and Dallas. He served articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers. After doing his National Service basic training, he was posted to the Durban Light Infantry for camps.
