Dear Students,
We hope you are enjoying your first semester here at the brand new Student Center Complex.  Today we will be opening reservations for regular weekly meetings for student organizations.

Attached please find the new SCC Student Organization Reservation Request Form.  You’ll notice that there is an Audio/Visual request form accompanying the Reservation Request, the ability to select multiple rooms for one reservation and the “Save and Submit” button on the top right to email the form directly to SCCRese...@miami.edu<mailto:SCCRese...@miami.edu>.  We have taken your suggestions and hopefully the updated form and including the A/V request will help with the overall reservation process.  This form can be used for all Spring 2014 reservations.  Please note, if you have already filled out the previous form for an upcoming event, you do not need to fill out a new one.
