Edgar, were you under the impression that the SLAM presentation was a poster? Maybe I missed that bit. I think it could be a poster, but a keynote/powerpoint might be easier.
If you want to do the longer presentation, I'm down to help. Are we doing the thing on the 11? I say we do one or the other. I vote the 21 because the 11 is coming up really quick.
In terms of lessons learned, I think we can frame it as "analytics do not tell the whole story" — which I think people might benefit to hear. We can frame our approach as a user centered one, which is what we did. We did use analytics to an extent, but like you said, as a means of support for our site rather than the driver. In other words, we took a top down approach (started with users, ended with using analytics) rather than a bottom up (starting with analytics and trying to do things with it)
