· In need of Business Analyst who would need to be familiar with RDBMS' and DB query tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL Maestro, etc. Also, knowledge of XML and API tools for creating and parsing xml. The solutions that the Business Analyst will be responsible are customized for each customer and include features and functions such as usage rating, usage/subscription billing, CRM, ERP, product catalog, invoicing, AR and payment processing. This resource is the key liaison to multiple customers as is vital to ongoing success.
