Job Description:

·         The Customer requires an experienced SAS Platform Administrator 9.4 to administer a traditional SAS platform on a RHEL OS. The customer currently has PROD / UAT / SIT / DEV environments.

·         This position will ensure that the SAS servers, as well as applicable security infrastructure and its systems and processes, are aligned with tactical and strategic information management initiatives. The Administrator will plan, coordinate and implement the SAS product maintenance / patches and upgrades, backups, troubleshoot SAS system related problems, and be responsible for the overall availability of the SAS tools and software environment.

·         Be the technical lead (point of reference) for an external vendor support relationship.

·         Other responsibilities may include maintaining the SAS software roadmap, presenting technical briefings to the support staff, developers and the management team.

·         The Administrator must possess the ability to interface with all aspects of an IT infrastructure especially as it pertains to setting best practices, making recommendations and working with SAS to make it fit with existing IT rules.

Specific Requirements:

·         Experience administering SAS Platform environments, and working the other Customer Administrators aligned to support the OS & Hardware on which SAS resides

·         Experience and  knowledge of Linux ,AIX and Windows server environments

·         Experience in SAS Mid-tier applications (WRS, Portal and Stored Process Servers)

·         Experience using SAS Management Console (SMC)

·         Creating Users, Groups and Roles

·         Creating and securing folders

·         Experience with Project and Custom repositories

·         Creating and using Access Control Templates

·         Creating, deploying and scheduling jobs

·         Experience with SAS Configuration Wizard to administer web applications

·         Experience monitoring Logs from within SMC

·         Experience defining Servers and changing server definitions

·         Experience creating SAS, RDBMS libraries

·         AD/LDAP/Centrify/Kerboros integration experience

·         Experience with Platform RTM

Server Skills:

·         Understanding server security and folders and how they relate to SAS folders and security.

·         Knowledge of SAS configuration files such as autoexec, configuration and environment files.

·         Starting and stopping servers.

·         Knowledge and experience implementing and optimizing the SAS clients mentioned above; not how to use them, but how to administer them.

·         Security

·         Ability to implement a security scheme in SAS and interfacing it with OS level security.

·         Provide guidance and assistance to SAS developers/analysts on operational and technical issues related to SAS Administration.

·         Provide guidelines and establish data and metadata security.

·         Coordinate/perform SAS patch installations as well as major system upgrades for underlying SAS infrastructure; establish vendor relationships to execute this duty.

·         Maintain configuration data, user access and control within all SAS components.

·         Maintain PROD / UAT / SIT / DEV SAS environments.

·         Serve as technical subject matter expert (SME) for SAS Administration issues.

·         Assist with SAS capacity and disaster recovery planning and execution.

·         Work closely with Customer server and storage administrators for routine operations such as performance tuning, upgrades and backups.

·         Maintain SAS licenses and provide monthly metrics on SAS usage.

·         Coordinate the SAS Prod/Non-Prod infrastructure deployments.

 

Position: JAVA SALESFORCE DEVELOPER

Brief Project Description: Continue developing the global CRM project with the Global Equity and FX business lines; with the focus on GUI.

Daily Responsibilities: Build new CRM GUI based on the business requirement; work with the team lead and business analyst and support staff on maintenance of the existing GUI;

Certifications: Salesforce.com programing and architecture certification a plus

What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role and in what capacity will the successful candidate be using it: 3+ years of Salesforce.com required:  Apex, visual force page; lightning visual force page, 3+ Core Java, Java script required. SQL

·         Architect, design and implement solutions that meet the stakeholder’s needs

·         Participate actively in requirements gathering, data modeling and design sessions

·         Prepare high level and detailed technical specifications for the projects in accordance with PLC, security and architecture documentation objectives

·         Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project

·         Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity

·         Write, test and maintain detailed programs according to specifications given by computer software engineers and systems analysts

·         Provide input and coordinates with Database Analyst in creating new and modifying existing database structures using different types of databases

Knowledge and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science

·         7+ years application development experience

·         7 years experience in application development in the Financial Services industry

·         7+ years of full development life cycle experience, from architecture through test and deployment and cross platform skills

Skills and Competencies:
