Manual can now be accessed from docker images

Hi,

When a pull-request or branch has updates to the User Manual, these can
now be seen in the Docker image as of pr-1304. You can also look back to
see the older state of the user manual in any image.

As a reminder, the docker images are at
https://hub.docker.com/r/umple/umpleonline/tags/
(The 149MB ones contain the manual)

and you can open UmpleOnline on one using the script udock (Linux/Mac)
To view the corresponding manual then just open
http://localhost:8000/manual/GettingStarted.html
