Semester wrap up meeting

Hey folks,

Wanted to check in and see if people still wanted to get together and reflect on what we did this semester and talk about plans for next semester?  

I know there's not a lot of energy around the campaign right now, but we've given it a good go for a few years and I would really love the opportunity to reflect on the semester and have honest conversation about what we'd like to do (or not do) in the Fall.

Do folks agree?  If so, I'll send out a scheduler with some times for next week or the week after.

If I don't hear back from folks I'll assume people are not interested in getting together at this time.

Hey all sorry for not inputting sooner I was in the woods!

I am free Monday night but I don't get off work until 8pm.

I could try to get off early otherwise if it is possible to push the time back even an hour then I could at least make it for the second half!

Bumping this. Are people still up to meet? I know some people were at the protest last night but I'm still available and if everyone else is. 

Also we never settled on a location? I'd be happy to host as I offered before; my address is 1015 8th st. SE in Minneapolis. If there's a more convenient location I'm down for that too.

I'm still able to be there too.  Since enough people are able to come, I feel like we should make this happen tonight.  Though I will miss some of you who cannot be here.

It would be great if folks could bring a dish to share, and if you don't have capacity that's okay.

How does this sound for a plan for the meeting?

1. Hanging out/catching up
   
2. Reflection circle: what has fossil free meant to you and your life, what impact has it had on you?  What has felt good, what has felt challenging?
   
3. State of the campaign: What's happened in the last year?  Where are we at?  How are we feeling about where we're at?
   
4. Where do we go from here: people's feelings on continuing the campaign or bringing it to a close.
   
5. More chilling and hanging out.
   

Let me know if this feels too structured, or not structured enough.  Would love thoughts.
