Thanks for chatting with me yesterday. It was great to hear about what you all are up to, and I was excited to talk share with folks some of your successful actions. Here is a blurb about Real Food Challenge, let me know if this will work! I can also shorten or lengthen if you need! Also if helpful, feel free to grab out logo.

UMN Real Food Challenge

Real Food Challenge is a national network and organization uniting students to create a more just and sustainable food system. Our current campaign is to shift 1 billion dollars, or 20 percent,of university food budgets towards Real Food--food that truly nourishes producers, consumers, and communities--by the year 2020. At the U, we did an audit of 7th Dining Hall and found that only 7 percent of food fits our criteria for justice and sustainability.
