summer sublease in CTC

Apartment type: two bedroom old model, big bedroom, we have everything in the bed room and living room, you do not need to prepare any furniture, expect a study desk in the bedroom

Reason for short time sublease: have project going on outside twin cities
Time for sublease:May-August 2014, if you need to move in late May, we can discuss the details.
Price: May and June-$447/month (everything is included + a parking spot) + internet/2, July and August: $460/month (everything is included + a parking spot) + internet/2, due to increased rent of CTC
Requirement: roommate is a very kind Chinese Ph.D, so we prefer boys, have regular living habit, rare overnight parties. But we also consider girls
Note: I probably will come back probably in fall 2014, but not sure yet. we can discuss details. Also, fall is a good opportunity to make a contract with CTC finding another apartment or other places, for this short time sublease, no contract required.
