Should have worked in the Enterprise Domain and have significant
knowledge of Enterprise Software Development. Should have led teams
developing Enterprise Class Software and Integrations with 3rd Party
Solutions.Significant experience and demonstrated skill in both people
management and management of technical projects/programs

scan and image interpretation space. Defining product features and
architecture across multi-function product lines. Evangelising the
solution approaches with peer architects and marketing colleagues.
Impacting strategic direction of HP products, solutions. Defining and
leading solution implementations within the products. Developing and
introducing new methods and techniques, potentially contributing
patents and technical papers to HP's intellectual property portfolio.
Working with partners at HPLabs to transfer appropriate technologies
from research to products. Coaching and mentoring younger R&D
engineers in this space.
Desired Skill sets:
• "Btech (EE, CS), MS (EE, CS - Major Image Processing),
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with image processing algorithms,
Hands-on approach to designing and implementing 2-D image analysis

with peer architects and marketing colleagues. Impacting strategic
direction of HP products, solutions. Defining and leading solution

methods and techniques, potentially contributing patents and technical
papers to HP's intellectual property portfolio. Interacting with
global partners and GBU colleagues in thought leadership roles and
work with labs to transfer appropriate technologies from research to
