Hey guys,
Here is the list that I came up with. Could you email me with your suggestions especially for books with ? in front of them, I am not sure what is used for those subjects. Also let me know what books you've heard are used most if I have something different written.
 
Steph, as far as I know we also have $1,000 from grant of class of 66 money. Is that right Brian?

Peds - Blueprints Blueprints Pediatrics (Blueprints Series) by Bradley S Marino and Katie S Fine – 29 copies ($36.95)
OB- Blueprints Obstetrics and Gynecology Fourth Edition (Blueprints Series) by Tamara L Callahan and Aaron B Caughey - 29 ($36.95)
Medicine - MKSAP for Students 3 by American College of Physicians – 32 copies ($42.00)
Med II books? – need 30
PCC books? - need 36
Surgery – Surgical recall by Lorne Blackbourne ($40.46)- need 26
no book for Psychiatry (primer was pretty good for studying)
Neurology? - need 20 copies
ER (no book needed, sites give you reading material)

OB- Obstetrics & Gynecology: PreTest Self-Assessment & Review (Pretest Series) (Paperback) – 29 ($26.95)
Peds- Pediatrics Pretest (Pretest Series) by Robert J. Yetman and Mark D. Hormann – 29 ($26.95)
by Lillian Kao - 26
psyche - 
Psychiatry: PreTest Self-Assessment & Review (PreTest Series) by Phil Pan and Debra L. Klamen ($26.00) - 29 copies
Neurology ? - 20 copies
ER (practice quizes on their website)
 
 
Anyone took psyche not at the U? did they give you question books to practice?

Here are some suggestions:

Med II: no need for any other books, MKSAP might be useful so we may want
extra copies of this to cover Med I and II Psych: I think first aid was
really good for this, and I believe pretest is available on the psych
website Surgery: case files was very helpful Pediatrics: again, case files
very useful

Katya,

Thanks for the list - yes, we have $1K from that grant. We can spend
it when we know what to buy so there's no rush.

Psyche at the U provides a copy of Pretest and another book as well (I
haven't checked it out so I don't know what it is!)
