Umlaut 3.3.0 released, 4.0 planned

Hi all. I've released Umlaut 3.3.0:
* New ILLiad service
* New Scopus2 service based on new non-deprecated Scopus API
* New built-in Umlaut user feedback functionality
* Assorted bugfixes
I am planning and working towards a future 4.0.0 release, that will include:
* i18n, based on work by Ronan McHugh in Denmark.
* Verified for Rails 4.1 -- it may _require_ Rails 4.1, or at least
Rails 4.0, not sure we have the capacity to keep it working on both 3.x
and 4.1. Will this be a problem for anyone?
* Update to Bootstrap 3
