Club registration requirements

Only clubs that have banking accounts opened in the clubs name will be
considered for this new volleyball league.

Clubs should also be registered with CIPRO and have correct and
accurate accounting records, as these will be required before any
sponsorship or funding will be allocated.

A letter from your local municipality showing the clubs inclusion in
the local Municipal IDP is also required to ensure that municipal
funding and support is made available to the respective clubs when
available.

Clubs will also need to notify the UVA (Umkhanyakude Volleyball
association) who their management committee is and how many memebers
they have. please note that it is not necesary to register each club
member with UVA, but that only regoistered players are allowed to play
in the league.

Each registered club is to appoint 3 persons to the UVA management
team, and only one person per registered club will be entitled to vote
at these management meetings.
At the moment we are running as a temporary steering committee untill
such time as our constitution is in place and at least 5 clubs have
registered.

Only Clubs based in Umkhanyakude will be elegable to play in this
league
