Please read this document carefully, and pass comment so that we may
fix any errors and add any items that we have over looked. Your time
and effort will be appriciated.
The better our constitution ifor Umkhanyakude Volleyball association
is, ......... the less problems we will have when it comes to dealing
with the thorny issue of cheaters and chancers who push their luck.
When passing comment please quote the section number, and cluase
number where ever possible.
All comments are appriciated both good and bad, as this is a draft
which we will need to amend to suit the needs and requirements of UVA
or Umkhanykude Volleyball association.
