Hey UM Triathalon Club!
My name is Anise Hines and I am a former sprinter on UofMs track team. I'm looking to stay in shape now that I no longer run track so I recently began swimming.
I heard about the triathalon and I really think that it would be a fun way to stay active. Now that I've started training, I've had my doubts about making it through the one in July.
When do you all train and would it be ok for me to join the group for workouts? Any advice in training is welcomed!
